Gartner evaluated eight vendors on Critical Capabilities and Optimizely (Welcome) earned the highest score of any vendor in any use case for the fifth consecutive year. Its highest use case (4.56 out of 5) was for complex and distributed content marketing teams due to its strength in analyzing content performance. Optimizely (Welcome) also scored 4.55 out of 5 for B2C narrative design and 4.52 for B2B demand generation.
Optimizely’s ranking as a Leader in this year’s Magic Quadrant for Content Marketing Platforms comes after it announced its acquisition of Welcome Software in December 2021 and on the heels of its recent recognition as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms.
