Shooting Stars, Ibom Youth records his first away victories

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) FC Ibadan and Ibom Youth FC Uyo recorded the first away wins of the 2020/2021 Nigeria National League season

In a week 2 meet of the South B2 conference group, Ibom Youth edged Godosky from Anambra 1-0. Forward Daniel Ekpo scored in the 17th minute of the game played at Neros Stadium, Nanka, Anambra state.

Ibom Youth played 1-1 against FC One Rocket in their campaign opener at Ikot Ekpene

In Group B1, the Shooting Stars defeated Giant Brillars FC 1-0 at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu. Opeoluwa Olufemi’s goal made the difference and also allowed 3SC to seal a second victory to maintain the group’s leadership.

In another Group B1 encounter, Vandrezzer FC beat Nilayo FC 1-0 at Agege Stadium in Lagos to register their first win of the season.
